UPDATE on 26/08,
there's a video uploaded on tudou.com with chinese subs. the quality isn't fantastic, as with most tudou videos, but it's definitely better than nothing.
and i'm going to believe that Takuya is a true One Piece fan. that non of his answers were pre-rehearsed.
