Roar Roar's Top 10 Bishojos
1) Urd (Ah! My Goddess) - Belldandy's older sister, she's half-goddess, half-demon (mom's a demon, dad a god)... in Norse mythology, she's the oldest of the Norns (Norse goddesses of time, fate and destiny)... she's a potion expert, often making her spells with potions more than actual incantations... in terms of power, she's much stronger than Belldandy, but due to her more impulsive & violent side, she tends to mess up alot of her spells... i love her part in the movie where she recits a spell that makes her throw a huge shot of lightning at the enemy... NICE!! her angel, World of Elegance, is a beauty too...2) Tsujimoto Natsumi (You're Under Arrest) - Homerun Onna, nickname given by Strike Otoko when she hit his baseball after he claims no one has ever done that before... well, he hadn't met Natsumi before too... The more outgoing of the duo (partner is the more reserved Miyuki), she's very strong (in terms of strength), eats alot, fights well and loves challenges... most men will cry if they were being pinned by her... she uses brute force man! hates to wake up in the morning (like me!), hates paperwork, and used to like older men until Toukairin Shoji came along... he's like a female Natsumi, strength and eating wise, but is 1yr younger than her... Natsumi initially thought of him as a competitor, but things still managed to work out between them... heehee...
3) Kirisawa Fuuko (Flame of Recca) - a purple-head bishojo! haha... no, that's not why i put her inside... she wields the fuujin in the story and is also another violent, tomboy character... heck! she's nearly a boy with the way she walks and acts with the guys... but she really holds her ground as the only female fighter in the group and gains the respect of all the men...
4) Takani Megumi (Rurouni Kenshin) - a female doctor trying to find a place in an otherwise male-dominated profession (note: it's olden-days japan, female doctors are virtually unheard of)... smart, beautiful and has a sharp tongue... she will not hesitate to tell you off or pull on your ears if she thinks you're hiding anything bad... was in love with kenshin after he rescued her from her opium-making days, even though she knows his heart lies with Kaoru... she's one of the more realistic characters in the story... she has her flaws and learns to deal with them thru help from her friends, and though she might snap at you, you know it's because you deserve it...
5) Nico Robin (One Piece) - the Straw Hat Pirates' historian, her goal in life is to find the true history of the world... she ate the hana hana devil fruit and can make her limbs sprout out like petals of a flower... she's super cool and acquired a bounty when she was just 8yrs old and destroyed an entire marine ship... she's also super ruthless... doesn't even think twice about breaking people's bones... just thinking about it can gives me shivers... you should hear the sound effects... latest developments in the Water 7 Arc has her sacrificing herself to save her pirate mates...
6) Lacus Clyne (GS/GSD) - 1 of the 2 characters i have in common with Moo Moo... i love her already in GS and was very sad when she didn't have alot of screentime in GSD... sings well, knows what she believes in and stands for, trust Kira wholeheartedly and, she gave both Kira and Athrun their gundam... in Kira's case, she gave him both the Freedom and Strike Freedom... thank goodness she's getting slightly more airtime now, even though GSD is gonna end soon... Moo Moo, i like her in the white dress...
7) Inoue Orihime (Bleach) - she might look like a bimbo, but she's really very smart, in No.3 position when ranked after the semestral exams... of course, she's still blur and have weird thinking and eating habits... but she's a really funny character... Meow Meow and I says she's part of a huge love pentagon... not real, but our own interpretation of the relationships in bleach... Ishida likes Inoue, who likes Ichigo, who likes Rukia, who likes Renji... hmm... if this was shojo manga, imagine the fun the author would have with this...
8) Kinomoto Sakura (CCS) - most vivid memory of Sakura, her running around the seaside shouting "Umi Umi Umi Umi!" love interest of Syaoran... not much really to say, she's just the type you'll like because she's Sakura... "HOE!!!"
9) Tsukasa Shuro (Ayashi no Ceres) - 2nd person i have in common with Moo Moo... she DIED!! i'm like so so sad... because she reminds me of Nuriko (FY)... they all died for their friends... *sobs* Watase Yuu keeps killing off my fav characters... *sniffs* it's not fair... she already had a sad past liao... kill off the boyfriend not enough, still must kill her...
10) Kishyuu Arashi (X-1999/Tsubasa) - the Kakushi Miko (Hidden Shrine Maiden) of the Ise Shrine, she's one of the Seven Seals or Dragon of Heaven... her power manifest itself as a sword that comes out of her left hand... more stoic than cool character type... probably because she she's slowly beginning to know what it is to have people to care for her and to care for others... she also has a relationship with Sorata, another of the Seven Seals... in Tsubasa, she's already married to Sorata... ^_^.``
trend: most of the women are trying to prove that they can do it as much as guys can... 5 out of the 10 have some sort of violent side to them... mwahaha...
