massive screencaps spam. last 2 episodes after all.
onwards!
Episode 11
start of strawberry time.
sneaking glances at each other again.
Joe and friend re-enacting the confession scene.
Kazehaya needs to check (again) that Sawako understands.
she does, she does understand.
praying to Sawako-kami.
Pin drinks alone, meets Kento with girls, he is jealous.
went to goggle what Pin meant by "strawberry time". basically means a couple being lovey-dovey.
correcting Kento about Sawako's name.
but Kento has his reasons for calling her by her nick.
Kazehaya, i think you'll prefer if Kento calls her by Sadako-chan now.
Pin makes sure Kazehaya asked Sawako properly.
but by popping out with a "will you marry me?"
he's just messing with Kazehaya as usual.
Sawako: Let me fantasize about it.
making it official.
you can't stop the smug looks on Chizu and Ayane-chan.
Ayane-chan finds out about what Chizu did back in Episode 3.
Kento, Ayane-chan hasn't forgotten about what you did too.
that's one ugly strawberry.
guess who happens to be at the beach too?
Sawako's reminder to herself the following morning.
her school mates can't believe it either.
time for the official announcement.
for someone who went around and around the bushes before the confession, he really is blunt after that. is that considered boasting?
these three are hilarious.
oh Kento, i still feel sad for you.
another person in the same boat as him.
Episode 12
i really like all the SD faces.
Pin's life goal: to mess with Kazehaya at any given chance.
really, he never stops.
not something i wanna dwell on, but this is also an important part in the story.
the Kazehaya girls that bullied Sawako back in Season 1.
trying to intimidate her again by sheer numbers.
but they are told off by Kurumi.
if they never took the first step, they have no right to do anything to Sawako.
reporting to Kurumi about their status.
the end of the rivalry.
a different feel from the night shot in Ep11.
similar to Kazehaya's scene in Episode 6.
in Kento's case, he happened to overhear the girls' talk.
he's not the only one that overhears things.
sometimes, Ayane-chan is too nice.
Ayane-chan, you didn't guess it?
Chizu, being the great friend she is, gives the couple some alone time.
Ryuu did everything Kazehaya couldn't do in a few episodes within a few seconds.
i think he was just waiting for Chizu's unprepared moment. hahaha.
she's as clueless as Sawako.
finally at the end, a quick two minutes on their first date.
way too rushed through the manga materials.
and they live happily ever after~
all in all, while many complained about the slow, draggy and emo part in the middle of the show, i still think it was a great 12 episodes. still think it's a pity this isn't a 24-episode series, since the manga is still on-going, but i guess not everyone is interested in following their budding romance, or what happens to their best friends' relationships.
well, it's a good thing i have the manga to fall back on.
the laughter and smiles it brought to me in the last 3 months will be something i will always constantly think of, making it one of my favorite rom-com series.
hmmm. probably should do a list on my favorite rom-com when i have the time.

i'm going to miss all these amazing artwork.
